Don't go here. Find another doctor. This is by far the most inept office I've ever experienced. Absolutely no communication, phone or otherwise. Doctor is dismissive and rude. Anywhere else is better than this place. Unbelievable.

These people are so petty once you leave they will not accept you back if you change the provider for any reason, they will not accept you back Dr. sam Marina sent me to another doctor to get diet pills when I tried to make an appointment with him. They told me I couldn’t come back because I switched providers which I didn’t. He sent me to another doctor to get diet pills, shaking my head.

The Virginia Beach Family Medical Center is a great place to be seen. The staff is friendly, fast, and very nice. They make you feel like they really care. It is so refreshing to see a team that understands you!

Feel like you could get a more thorough, understanding appointment at a doctors office in Tijuana. Would give zero stars in a could. If you have to wait a year longer to get to a better doctor, do it. This place is a complete joke with some of the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. No compassion, no follow through and literally were kicking us out the door before we could finish speaking to the doctor. If you are suffering with a family member with dementia and need a primary care physician for them, do not come here!

I went here and used to get treatment for low testosterone, and treated me for panic attacks. I went in yesterday , was told there was a new doctor. He’s old, and said he doesn’t have experience in anything I needed. I couldn’t get my meds refilled. So I think all he really knows how to do is give cold medicine. The last doctor they had was very smart, very knowledgeable and well rounded in her experience. There’s only that one old doctor now that doesn’t have much experience with the human body. I wouldn’t go here.
